Shipping policy

Shippings
Order Cut-off Time for Same-Day Ship-Out
Our carriers (UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL...etc) only pick up once a day, thus it's important to account for the order cut-off time when ordering.
-During business days, the order cut-off time is 12 noon Pacific Time.
Orders must be received before order cut-off time for same day ship out.
After the order cut-off time, the order will be shipped out the following business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
-Bulk items and machinery orders are not shipped through small parcel carrier network thus are exempt.
-Orders with invalid address, missing information, invalid payment or otherwise need manual intervention before an order can be picked and packed are also exempt.
