WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED WARRANTY OF EISEN METALWORKING MACHINE TOOLS
Eisen Machinery Incorporated ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all EISEN METALWORKING MACHINE TOOLS will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Electrical parts for a period of ninety days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear-and-tear, improper repair, alterations or lack of maintenance.
SELLER’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete product, transportation prepaid, to EISEN MACHINERY or Authorized Service Station. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CONSUMABLE ITEMS SUCH AS COOLANT, LUBRICATION OIL, CHUCK JAWS, TOOL INSERTS, MILLING BITS, DRILL BITS, SAW BLADES, BRAKE SHOES, BRAKE BANDS, MOTOR BELTS AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DEMO MACHINES, USED MACHINES, THIRD PARTY ITEMS, FINAL SALE ITEMS, OR THOSE MARKED SPECIAL ORDER OR NO REFUND OR NO RETURN.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, NINETY DAYS FOR ELECTRICAL PARTS. EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
